Recently there have been some wine cellar distributors/vendors/brokers using
the old "bait and switch". They "bait" a potential customer into contacting
them, and then they do what they can to "switch" the customer to some
product other than the one about which he or she was inquiring.  In so
doing, these distributors/vendors/brokers often will make negative and false
statements about the products of manufacturers for whom they are not allowed
to sell or they prefer not to sell.
